The Team at Burnaby Orthopaedics…

Pamela GardnerNH-0127

Pamela Gardner is a American Certified CO and founder of Burnaby Orthopaedic Source Inc. doing business as Burnaby Orthopaedic & Mastectomy.  Pamela was born and raised in Burnaby, BC. Along with owning her business since 1992, Pam has always been proud of and emphatic about staying very active in the Burnaby and surrounding community.

Pamela graduated from Simon Fraser University (SFU) and upon receiving her BOC Orthotist designation and then later her ABC Orthotist designation, she returned to her hometown to practice her craft.

Along with seeing clients for orthotics and knee braces, Pamela spends the majority of her clinical time seeing clients for spinal braces, breast prosthetic, lymphedema sleeves, and compression garments.  She is actively engaged in continuing education and keeping up with advances in technologies and materials to make the lives of her clients better.

When not seeing clients in her office on Nelson Street in Burnaby, Pam is often seeing clients at Burnaby  Hospital, or surrounding facilities throughout the lower mainland

When not at the office, Pam sits on a variety of volunteer boards and committees in the city of Burnaby such as The Burnaby Rotary Club, kidsport (Burnaby chapter) and serves as the Finance Chair at St. Michael’s complex care to name just a few.  This Burnaby Board of Trade member has a strong passion for making Burnaby Hospital, the place she was born, a better place for all the residents the Hospital serves in East Vancouver and Burnaby.

During her leisure time, when not following the Detroit Red Wings, you may find her working out at the gym or trying out different golf clubs in the area.

Outside the office this avid outdoors man also enjoys hiking, spelunking, camping, and spending time with family and friends.

Certified to both measure compression stockings and fit breast prosthetics, Evelyn provides clients with a friendly and well-informed experience. Being fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese as well as English allows clients the convenience of service in their first language.
