Unloader One
At only half the weight of the original Unloader, Unloader One combines a streamlined, flexible upright with Dual Dynamic Force Straps to generate more unloading leverage than any Unloader to date.
The patient can measure and adjust the amount of unloading needed using the unique ratcheting Dynamic Force Control system. Ossur has revolutionized brace comfort by implementing our proprietary Sensil® Silicone Technology on the liners.
Indications & Usage:
- Mild to severe unicompartmental OA
- Unicompartmental knee conditions requiring load reduction
- Thigh circumferences of 13.5″ (34.3cm) to 29″ (73.5cm) and calf circumferences of 10″ (25cm) to 24″ (61.5cm)
- All activity levels

- For High-End Use
For high levels of impact, we recommend the CTi Pro Sport model. Additional carbon fiber and a thicker core structure is used in the frame to provide maximum support and protection against extreme contact. - For Moderate to High-End Use
For moderate to high impact levels of impact, we recommend the CTi Standard model. Carbon composite, rigid frame construction using a thin core structure provides excellent support and protection against moderate to high levels of impact in a lighter design than the CTi Pro Sport. - For Low-End Use
For low levels of impact, we recommend the CTi Vapor model, the lightest CTi model yet. Reduced carbon fiber using a thin core structure provides excellent support and protection against any low to moderate levels of impact.

Paradigm

If you need a light-weight brace or one slim enough to fit under clothes, the Paradigm is a great choice. Rigid shells provide stability, while flexible thigh and calf sub-shells allow flexibility as your muscles contract.

Indications:
The Paradigm ligament brace is an effective device for ligament deficiency, ligament repair or ligament graft protection and stabilization following reconstructive surgery. The Paradigm stabilizes, supports and protects mild to severe ligament instability, laxity or sprains to the ACL, MCL, LCL and PCL (principal ligaments).

The Unloader custom braces include the legacy Unloader XT, Unloader Lite, Unloader ADJ, Unloader Select and the Build-OA-Brace option. The Build-OA-Brace option can be chosen to customize the hinge, shells, liners, straps, options and accessories for your patient’s unique anatomy. The Unloader Custom braces are backed up by peer-reviewed studies that have the proven efficacy of the 3-Points of Leverage System by incorporating a Dynamic Force Strap that is easily fine-tuned with the SmartDosing® dial. The Adjustable Dynamic Joint enables changes to the hinge and additional leverage for optimal pain management. Rebound PCL
